2. SHIPPING TIME & DELIVERY DATES
* Standard Delivery: Estimated delivery time is 3 to 7 business days depending on your delivery location.
* Delivery times may vary slightly during peak shopping seasons, sales, or unexpected logistics delays.

3. SHIPPING CHARGES
* Free Shipping / Standard Shipping rates will be clearly calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your payment.

4. ORDER TRACKING
* Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking ID and link via SMS / Email / WhatsApp. You can use this link to track the status of your order in real-time.

5. CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)
* Cash on Delivery (COD) option is available for eligible pin codes across India.
* Please ensure you provide an accurate contact number and delivery address to avoid any delivery failures or delays.

6. INCORRECT ADDRESS / DELIVERY ISSUES
* Aura Fashion is not responsible for undelivered packages resulting from incomplete or incorrect addresses provided by the customer. 
* If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, our support team will reach out to schedule a re-delivery.
